Insurance Requirements

The Tenant’s Contractor is required to provide evidence of insurance coverage, as defined in the Tenant’s lease agreement, prior to commencing any work at the property.  Please refer to Exhibit C of the service agreement for a sample Certificate of Insurance outlining the amounts and the additional insured.  All policies shall provide 30 days’ prior written notification of non-renewal or cancellation.
