Conference Center Guidelines
Willow Oaks Conference Center is an amenity exclusively for Willow Oaks’ Tenants. Conference Center is available Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Access prior or after these times is restricted for cleaning and preparation. Each Tenant has a representative that has been designated to the Conference Center Reservation System in order to reserve for the day. Tenants are encouraged to cancel reservations if the event has been rescheduled.
For ease, we encourage each Tenant to have a representative present at the beginning of each conference to orient new conference attendants. Specifically, this will aid individuals with the location of the designated conference room, chair and table set up, AV equipment, pantry and restrooms. Please note that the Conference Center does not have a copier or scanner. In addition, there is not a means to reheat meals since the Conference Center is designed for meetings and/or catering events. Easels and white boards are available to eliminate individuals damaging the treated glass and wallpaper with tape.
Tenants are discouraged to use the Conference Center if a reservation has not been made, this would include the lounge and pantry.
